I just purchased my third HD from Stn. Mtn. HD over the past 5 years on 3/22/08 and have never received anything but the best service/help from all Departments. A special thanks to Sid & John and Chris in Parts; Alex & Dave in Service; Mary & Marva in clothing.
Alex actually showed me the Street Glide when he found out I was considering the RoadKing & ElectraGlide but not 100% satisfied with either. I actually purchased the one he showed me and naturally had quite a few extras (personal preferences I had on my Wide Glide) already added to a bike that did not need much else.
In addition closing the deal with Kathy and Charlie has always been the best and the new General Manager put his special touch to complete the sale to my satisfaction.

I was in the store with a friend, Kyle Tennant who purchased a 2008 Ultra Classic. I had the opportunity to meet many of the employees including 1/2 of the ownership, Lorrie Becker. I will say that I have been in many Harley-Davidson dealerships throughout the USA and I have never been as well as I was treated at Stone Mountain H-D. Everyone was friendly and willing to talk to you. I was never ignored by any of the employees no matter which area I was in. I know if you frequent a H-D dealership often enough for the employees to know you personally, you are greeted and treated differently most of the time, but I do not believe this is the case at Stone Mountain. I was treated as if I had been a daily customer for years, even though most of them had never seen me before. I can assure you, when I know someone that is in the market for a new Harley I am going to send them to Stone Mountain. The 700+ mile round trip to get the new Harley was well worth the trip.

We bought an Ultra Classic from Craig. We are from Pensacola, Florida but found everyone at Stone Mountain H-D to be very friendly. I didn’t buy my bike at first but changed my mind after Craig called me several times and was really interested doing business with me. I can tell you that was what sold me on the Stone Mountain dealership. I can tell you my experience from start to finish was excellent. I will be refering other business to Craig and Stone Mountain H-D. Thanks again to everyone at Stone Mountain for the great experience.
