What is a Master Technician and how do your technicians get trained?
Harley-Davidson's PhD Training programs provide technicians with the knowledge they need to properly repair and maintain your motorcycle. Every technician at Stone Mountain Harley-Davidson has acheived Master status, two of which are Masters of Technology meaning they have completed certifications in virtually every aspect of H-D repair and maintenance for all models. This takes years of experience and hundreds of tests to acheive.
